I wonder if anyone has even checked out my site lately.  If you have then you obviously can tell that I haven't.  It's been close to a year since I have updated this site.  There really hasn't been that much that has happened.  Just lazy I suppose.
My dad, his wife, and thier daughter, my new little sister, came to visit last month.  It seemed rather whirlwind, but I suppose that comes with visits when it has been so long between them.  You try to catch up on so much lost time in such a short amount of time.  We went to Disneyland, it was something nice for all of us to be able to do together.
I recently filled out the fafsa to see if I qualify for aid, and if I do then I inted on going to college of the desert for awhile to get my general ed out of the way, then transfer to Cal state, to get my bachelors and eventually masters in business.  Now that I am really serious about it, I am almost having doubts...is that abnormal?   I guess I am jumping the gun to say so much before I have even started school.  Things could change half way through.  Although I am pretty serious about it, I think it would be beneficial to have that under my belt in any circumstances, be it helping Josh run a business of his own, or hopefully running a business of my own.
The girls are doing well.  I got the registration papers for Amy to go to school.  She seemed so excited, and when we went to go get the papers she decided she doesn't want to go to school, not that she has much of a decision there.  Hailey is talking so well!  I am so amazed with how much she is learning, I missed alot of it with Amy when she was that age because I was working and she was in daycare.  So....if anyone happens to be reading this and doesn't know me and is considering working and sending their child to daycare just so they can work, please don't, spend every moment you can get with your child and see how amazing and rewarding that is.  It's so much more rewarding than any paycheck.  Which is not to say that I don't approve of mothers working, when it's is absolutly necessary, because I have been there.

Okay I think I am going to step down from my soap box now, and it will probably be another 6-7 months before you hear from me again..lol.   Seriously I am going to make an effort to keep this updated, I hope everyone is well!

Take care,
Nicolette

WOW it's been awhile!  I am really not good at updating this thing, I am on the computer pretty much all the time, but yet i just never update.  Maybe because I don't really have anything to say. Hmmm.

Well today is my wedding anniversary, 1 year married, 5 years together.  It feel like longer, but then sometimes it doesn't feel like it's been that long.

Amy is growing so much, she is going to go to school next year.  She has been playing with the kids of a girlfriend on mine.  So she gets the interaction with other kids.  Although that has been getting hectic because i think the kids have spent too much time together and now they argue alot.  I guess that's just kid stuff though.  I suppose it teaches them how to handle their anger and frustration, and to learn a little more manners.  Amy seems to handle it pretty well when the youngest of the children want to hit her because he doesn't get his way.

Hailey is getting so big, it's just unbelieveable.  She talks so much now, and it so clear.  She is getting very demanding though, something she has learned from Amy.  She is starting to climb and get into everything she possible can.  She loves to eat dog food!   She has the strangest facial expressions as well.  If you tell her no, she just looks at you like, "huh?  Oh that is what you are trying to tell me" and then starts to get back into it again.  She is pushing her limits and testing both josh and I to find out what she can get away with with mom and dad.

I can't think of much else to write.  If anyone has any requests, or information they want, let me know and  i will post.

Take it easy

Well hello everyone!

Things have been pretty busy at my house!  I have been doing a lot, taking care of the kids in and of itself takes alot of time, so it's hard to get time to just sit and make these little weblog thingy's.  I just try to get my e-mails out as it is.

The house is coming along really well.  We have been making improvements as we go along.  I am going to be going to chico at the end of june and staying through the 4th of july.

well talk to you all later

Well hot damn it's been a long time since i updated this thing... LOL .   Well quite a bit has happened since the last little weblog thingy.  We found a house that we wanted and bought it.  We are all set to move in on the 19th of March.  Which means to all those who are so concerned about me making an entry (jessica) there won't be one for awhile since i am going to have to get everything set up and get us settled into the house.  It is a really nice house...josh and i both love it...it needs a little work but not so much that it's overwhelming.

Amy had a seizure a couple of weeks ago so we had to deal with that.  She has had an EEG which found that she had an epileptic seizure.  We are going to have an MRI done on the 16th of March so we can find out exactly where it came from.  She is having a hard time staying here at my mom's house.  She has ablsolutly no control over anything that she does and she has about 5 bosses.  So it's confusing for her on who she is supposed to listen to.  As soon as we get into our house though that will all change and i can get her back to the good little girl that she is.

Hailey is doing well she just got her first set of immunizations today.  She handled it pretty well.  She is out and about now.. she is crawling all over the place!!!   She is starting to babble a little bit more now.  She is a really quite baby so i am not surprised that it took her so long to start doing some talking.

Josh is doing well with his job...he was out of work for a few days while it rained here...but he is back on the job now...his biggest complaint is that sometimes he doesn't get a lunch...and who wouldn't complain about working their butt of and not getting to eat and refresh your energy.  He has met a lot of people here in town that he is doing some work for...mostly on cars he has been doind some mechanical work.  He is going to try to get started doing some auto upholstry soon though.  He has just about everything he needs except for a few items.  It is good that he has experience in a lot of areas and it's good that he is making a little extra money, but i worry about him wearing himself out.

Well that's about all for now....leave your comments please!

Hello everyone!  I hope this day finds everyone well.  Things here are going well enough.  We are getting ready to close escrow on the house we are buying.  Things have gone fairly smooth with all of that.  My mom is back in school now and getting ready to graduate from her LVN program in May.

Hailey is getting so big, she is already starting to crawl, and she has been sitting on her own for a long time now.

Amy is still getting big, but it isn't as drastic as the growths that hailey is going through.

i will leave another message soon.
